Tracking of the parcel (or the mail)
Each order is sent with a tracking number. The tracking number is communicated to the customer when the parcel/letter is sent.
It is the responsability of the buyer to follow the progression of the parcel/letter and to pick it up in the limited period fixed by the local post office.
The non collection of the parcel/letter in the limited period fixed by the local post office won't be eligible for any reimbursement.
